What exactly does that mean?

Well, a primary task is the main reason you've called us out to do work...like a clogged drain or water leaking under the sink. Whatever's the major or main problem you need solved is the primary task and gets an automatic 10% discount. Anything more than that is considered an additional tasks. Perhaps you remembered there's a fixture that needs repair or you decide it's finally time to get the ice maker on your new fridge working. Whatever the reason, any additional service tasks performed are discounted at 20%.
